The Farming Manager reports directly to the company owner.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Planning & scheduling crop rotations - Work with PCA & pesticide permitting - Maintaining equipment/recordkeeping/preventative maintenance - Schedule shifts to complete work in most efficient manner - Hiring, firing, training, and discipline of employees - Facilitate safety programs EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS - Farming & Employee Management (required) - High School Diploma or equivalent (required) - Language:
